Nada Yoga, often called the Yoga of Sound, is an ancient practice rooted in the understanding that sound and vibration can guide the mind into deep states of meditation and awareness. By working with both external sounds—such as instruments and vocal tones—and internal vibrations, Nada Yoga gently quiets the mind, harmonizes the nervous system, and supports inner balance, healing, and connection.
April and Jess offer thoughtfully curated group wellness experiences for gatherings of 5–25 people. Groups may choose a 60-minute restorative sound bath led by Jess, designed to support deep rest, stress relief, and mindful connection, or a 90-minute yoga and sound experience led by April and Jess that begins with gentle, guided yoga and transitions into a soothing sound bath for relaxation and integration. Ideal for wellness events, retreats, team gatherings, and special occasions, each session is accessible to all levels and can be tailored to the needs and intentions of your group.

Our Group Events are held as gentle containers for presence, connection, and shared humanity. Created for groups of 5–25 people, these experiences welcome all bodies, backgrounds, and levels of experience, honoring our belief that yoga is for everyone. Gather in guided practice with April through grounding asana, nourishing pranayama (breathwork), and quiet meditation; rest into a restorative sound bath with Jess, rooted in the ancient tradition of Nada Yoga and carried by healing vibration; or experience the harmony of both in a combined yoga and sound offering that invites deep listening, integration, and collective ease.
We are especially passionate about partnering with nonprofits and small businesses serving vulnerable communities, and we offer sliding-scale and low-cost options to help make these practices more accessible. Thoughtfully woven for retreats, wellness gatherings, team events, and special occasions, each experience is lovingly tailored to support inclusivity, embodied presence, and meaningful community connection.
