Join us for a special community yoga and soundbath in support of the children and families of Gaza.
This 75-minute offering is dedicated to organizers, activists, caregivers, and anyone carrying the weight of these challenging times. Together, we'll explore how gentle movement, conscious breathing, rest, and deep relaxation can help regulate the nervous system, restore balance, and cultivate resilience.
The class combines restorative yoga with the meditative sounds of crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, gong, harmonium, and voice, creating a supportive environment for deep rest, reflection, and healing.
All proceeds from this event will benefit Heal Palestine, a nonprofit organization providing critical medical and humanitarian support to child amputees and their families in Gaza.
At Kupala Yoga, we believe that sustainable movements require sustainable people. Practices that help us reconnect with ourselves, each other, and our capacity to continue showing up for justice are essential for communities engaged in collective struggle and liberation.
No yoga or meditation experience is necessary. This event is open to all ages. We simply ask that participants are able to remain quiet and respectful during the sound bath portion of the program.
